How often should I have my air conditioning system checked?
We recommend that you have your ac system checked at the beginning of Summer. This will prolong the life of your air conditioning system and keep it running smoothly and efficiently in the summer months.
What equipment requires regular maintenance?
At least once a year heat pumps and air conditioners require a professional tune-up. Inspections on gas furnace systems should include ductwork, pipes, dampers, valves, registers, blowers, fuel lines, the gas meter, and every part of the actual furnace.
Why Isn’t My Air Conditioning Cooling?
There may be several reasons. First, check that the thermostat is set to Cool and the fan is set to Auto. Make sure the cooling temperature is set lower than the existing room temperature. Next, check the filter and change it if necessary. A dirty filter restricts air flow.

Can I Replace the Outdoor Unit Without Replacing the Indoor Unit?

Having one part of your split system be old, and another part new, can lead to problems with the system operating efficiently.
